FAQs
Common questions about subscriptions, payments, and learning.
Subscription & payment
The free trial gives you limited-time access to learning features. When it ends, learning is locked until you subscribe.
Yes. You can subscribe at any time. Your paid plan starts immediately when payment is confirmed.
You can still log in, but learning (courses, lessons, and quizzes) is disabled until you renew.
Payment
RE supports all major payment methods, including KHQR and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
If payment is pending, wait a moment and refresh your Billing status. If it fails, try checkout again or use a different payment method.
CEFR levels
The CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) is the international standard used to describe language ability. It uses a six-point scale, from A1(Beginner) to C2(Proficiency)
Start at the level that feels comfortable. For example, if A1 is too easy, move up to A2; if B1 feels hard, try A2 first.
Learning & quizzes
Select a lesson from the course outline. Then, go through the slides to view lesson objectives, lesson videos, and quizzes.
Some lessons require passing the quiz to mark the lesson as completed. Review the lesson and try again.
