- By using RE, you agree to follow these terms and our policies.
- If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
- RE is intended for learners who can legally create an account in their country.
- If you are a minor, ask a parent/guardian to review these terms with you.
Accounts and security
- Keep your login details safe and do not share your account.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
Subscriptions and free trial
- We offer one free trial per user/account (when available).
- Upgrading during a trial ends the trial immediately and starts the paid plan when payment is confirmed.
Payments
- Payments are processed through ABA PayWay.
- Your payment status may be pending while confirmation is processed.
Access and entitlement
- An active subscription is required to access paid learning content.
- If your subscription expires, learning features may be restricted until renewal.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt other users.
- Do not upload or share illegal content or content that violates others’ rights.
Intellectual property
- Lessons, quizzes, and content are owned by RE or its licensors.
- You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.
Service availability and changes
- We may change or improve features over time.
- We may pause service for maintenance or security.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The service is provided “as is” and may occasionally have errors or downtime.
- To the extent permitted by law, RE is not liable for indirect losses.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- You can stop using the service at any time.
Changes to terms
- We may update these terms from time to time.
- If changes are significant, we will try to provide notice.

Refund Policy
Back to topRE provides digital subscriptions. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
When refunds may be granted
- Duplicate payment for the same plan/period.
- Technical failure where payment succeeded but entitlement was not granted.
When refunds are not granted
- Change of mind after using the subscription.
- Failure to use the service during an active period.
How to request a refund
- Email support with your account email and payment reference (order_id / tran_id).
- Describe the issue and the date/time of the payment.
Processing
- We review requests and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
- Refund timelines depend on the payment provider and bank processing.
